I want to tell you about the customer service. I had a problem with my order, due to the lack of description on the items i purchased. I recieved a call from a very nice lady today, that resolved the issue and now i cant wait to re-order a bunch of their awesome rhinestones. I am 3rd generation to purchase from The bead company, i believe that says alot about the products they sell. Thank you Bead Company
