Do you have a retail store, and if so where is it located?

Yes, we do have a retail store that has been located in Downtown Los Angeles, California for over 27 years. We are in the corner of 8th and Maple Ave, in between the Fashion and Flower District.

What are your store hours?

We are open 6 days a week, the following are our hours:

 

Monday-Friday: 9:00 am- 4:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am- 1:00 pm

Sunday: CLOSED

 

What holidays are you closed for?

Here at the Bead Factory both our retail store and online store are closed in observance for the following holidays: 

 

Memorial Day

4th of July 

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day 

Christmas Day

New Years Day

 

Is there a minimum purchase at your retail or online store?

Currently there is no minimum purchase at either our retail or online store, unless you have a resale license and would like to use it to be tax excempt from your purchase. The minimum for resale licenses is $25. 

 

What shipping methods do you offer and how much is pricing? 

We Currently offer shipping through UPS, and USPS. Pricing will vary on size, and quantity per order. 

 

How long does it take my order to ship?

We process orders Monday-Friday, and ship by 2:00pm. Please allow 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped. Orders received past 12:00 p.m may not be shipped the same day.

 

Are your prices the same in the retail store and online?

No, not all of our prices online and in the store are the same. Our online prices are only applied to online orders. Phone orders will receive our retail store pricing. If there is a sale online, it may not be the same in the retail store or vise versa. You can subscribe to our newsletter, by signing up in the top of our homepage, to stay up to date on any sales, promotions or new products.

 

Do you carry the same products in your store that you carry online? 

We carry a majority of the same products online as we do in the retail store. There can be exceptions to some products due to stock or popularity, but all necessities such as tool, stringing material, findings, and crystal beads are the same at both locations.

 

There is an item I saw in your retail store but I can't find it online, how can I order it?

 If you are having difficulty finding an item or would just like to know if we carry a certain item; send us an email with a picture and description of the item you are looking for to info@beadsfactory.com

May I link your website, and social media's on my site?

You are more than welcome to link our site or social media's. We do feel that our photographs are exclusive, and shouldn't be used out of context. If you have any concerns or comments feel free to contact us at support@beadsfactory.com or call (213) 624-2121.

 

Why should I follow you on social medias?

By following us on social medias, you will always be up to date on all recent products and giveaways. It will provide more information on sales, sweepstakes, and brand new projects.

 

May I use your pictures, or projects?
We do not allow our projects or pictures to be used outside of our website.  

 

Can I make and sell your projects?
Our designers have put in a lot of time and creativity to create perfect projects, and we do understand that many of our customers make and sell there own jewelry. At BeadsFactory.com, we do not mind to use our Project designs, but would appreciate credit when using it.

 

Do you offer a catalog?

Since we have a website that shows a majority of our products, we do not offer a catalog. We feel that a website will show up to date information on all products instead of waiting for a catalog to be printed and published.

 

Do you offer classes?
At the moment we do not offer any classes online or at our retail store, but can suggest  other locations that do.

 

I have a resale license, do you offer discount?


Currently all of our products are wholesale, but if you are a reseller, and can provide the adequate information, we can remove the tax on purchases for California residents.

To become a tax free wholesaler with us, email us a copy of your CA resale license so can adjust your account.

There is a $25.00 minumun purchase if you want to use your resale lisence, the same applies for our retail store. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash at our retail store and all major forms of credit cards at our retail store and online website. 

 

What is your return policy?

All return claims must be made within 6 days of when you receive your package. Items must be in their original packaging in order to be exchanged, NO REFUNDS will be processed. Once we receive and review your returned items, we can issue an online store credit to your account. Shipping prices are not refundable. All purchases made in our retail store are final, there will be no refunds or returns. 

 

If I received a wrong package, or I am missing an item what should I do?

Beadsfactory.com puts it's best effort to accurately and efficiently send out correct online orders. However, if this does happen notify us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

 

Do you plan to receive any sterling silver products?

Currently a majority of our metal products are composed of brass, but we hope in the near future to bring in more sterling silver, for that perfect touch.
